About Us
The Rhythm and Praise Charitable Fund was accepted by the Board of Directors as a charitable project of Congressional District Programs (CDP) a nonprofit organization, on 04/26/2007 and therefore shares its nonprofit 501(c)(3), 509(a)(1) federal tax status (Tax ID Number 65-0970090). All donations to this Program are tax deductible and can be made payable to the name of the project.All funds raised by the Program Manager of Rhythm and Praise Charitable Fund are sent to Congressional District Programs and become the exclusive property of CDP which, for internal operating purposes, allocates the funds to Rhythm and Praise Charitable Fund. The Program Manager is permitted to make recommendations for disbursements which are reviewed by CDP to determine, in its sole discretion, if the proposed disbursement conforms to and advances the tax-exempt mission of CDP.
HOW WE OPERATE
Linking Corporate Donor Resources with Communities and People in Need by involving The Church Choir as the Link between the Donor and the Community.
Rhythm and Praise Charitable Fund, with the help of the Church, arranges the logistics of the Products donated, at the same time organizing Community events with the help of its Recording Artist and Music Industry Sponsors, with it's main Mission: Involving Youth In Reaching Other Youth Through Music
